The project, divided into 5 phases of workshops and restitution, aimed to raise awareness of the notion of space, its potential for transformation and re-reading, thanks to the body and scenographic material. It fostered interdisciplinarity and departitioning in a collective artistic context that incubated, federated and conveyed meaning.

Based on each participant's spontaneous ideas about the body, its mechanisms and its creative potential, a composition of playful, personal, high-performance sequences accompanied the beneficiaries through a series of workshops. The project to work on the body and well-being may have corresponded to a fundamental need at a time when anything that promotes health through movement and the pleasure of moving one's body was synonymous with resilience.
